Feeling a lot happier…

With meals that I can eat and not feel guilty with, I actually feel like a new person! In the picture is tuna that has been baked with bbq sauce on the top on a low temperature and the asparagus was boiled then a small bit of low fat butter was mixed into it.
Then the noodles are put into a wok and keep on stirring and stirring, one whole chilli minus the seeds was added thinly chopped and a small pea size amount of tomato paste mixed with a tiny bit of ketchup and water throw onto noodles about 1minute before you take off the heat!
