A quick summary of how I found the last 2 days as I am now on Day 3!
Day 1- Level 1, I felt tired but actually rather enjoyed it!
Sweat level: 3.5
Day 2- Level 1, I felt a bit sore in my thighs and a lot sorer near to my armpit, obviously from the weights and not being used to it!
Sweat level: 5
